“Yum Hed” (
ยำเห็ด) refers to a Thai salad made from fried or grilled mushrooms. This is dressed with a mixture made of fish sauce, lime
juice, palm sugar and chilis and served lukewarm. When specific mushrooms are used for the salad, their name is often appended to the name of this salad.
