“Yam Hed” (
ยำเห็ด) is a spicy Thai salad with mushrooms. This salad is made with a dressing of fish sauce, lime juice, palm sugar and chili
flakes. The mushrooms are usually grilled or fried and then mixed with the dressing. The salad is then garnished with cilantro and served warm.
