“Pad Rak Bua Mhu Sap” ( ผัดรากบัวหมูสับ ) is a simple Thai stir-fry dish where pre-cooked slices of lotus root are stir-fried together with ground pork and optionally with other vegetables or mushrooms. The dish is seasoned with garlic, Thai chilies, and a mixture of oyster sauce, fish sauce, and soy sauce.
