“Pad Plaa Muek Sator” (
ผัดปลาหมึกสะตอ) is a southern Thai stir-fry where squid is stir-fried together with stink beans in Nam Prik
Pao. The dish is then seasoned with palm sugar, some salt, and a generous amount of chilis. The dish can also be found under the name “Plaa Muek Pad Nam Prik
Pao” (
ปลาหมึกผัดน้ำพริกเผา).
