“Pad Pak Ruam Mit” ( ผัดผักรวมมิตร ), or shortened to “Pad Pak Ruam” ( ผัดผักรวม ) or simply “Pad Pak” ( ผัดผัก ), is a simple vegetarian dish in which colourful vegetables are sautéed with garlic and then deglazed with a sauce mixture. This mixture often contains oyster sauce, which means that the dish is no longer truly vegetarian.
