Drunkard’s Stir-fry with Prawns

“Pad Kee Mao Goong” ( ผัดขี้เมากุ้ง ) is a Thai stir-fry dish in which prawns are sautéed with garlic, various types of chili, fresh green pepper and chinese keys. It is seasoned with a mixture of oyster sauce, fish sauce and Chinese cooking wine before being garnished with holy basil. This dish is typically served with jasmine rice.
