Pad Horapa Gai

“Pad Horapa Gai” ( ผัดโหระพาไก่ ) is a thai dish where chicken is stir-fried with Thai basil. The dish is prepared with a simple paste of garlic and chilis and is seasoned with a mixture of fish sauce and dark soy sauce. It is also known by the reversed name “Gai Pad Horapa” ( ไก่ผัดโหระพา ).
