ผัดเห็ดรวม) is a stir-fry dish featuring various types of mushrooms. The mushrooms are fried with garlic and chilies,
then deglazed with a mixture of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. This dish is also known as “Pad Hed” (
ผัดเห็ด).
