Stir-Fried Chinese Sausage With Mushrooms

“Pad Gunchiang Hed” ( ผัดกุนเชียงเห็ด ) is a wok dish in which Thai gunchiang is stir-fried together with mushrooms and some garlic. The dish is seasoned with a mixture of oyster sauce, soy sauce and palm sugar. If specific mushrooms are used, their name can be appended to the name of the dish.
