“Nuea Pad Brokoli” ( เนื้อผัดบรอคโคลี่ ) is the Thai adaptation of the American-Chinese classic “Beef & Broccoli”. Marinated beef is seared at high heat and then finished cooking in a thickened sauce made from soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and white pepper, along with blanched broccoli.
