“Nam Tok Moo” (
น้ำตกหมู) is a salad where grilled pork is dressed with lime juice, fish sauce, chili powder and roasted rice powder. The
whole dish is garnished with chopped spring onions, shallots and fresh mint or other herbs. Sometimes this salad is also called “Nam Tok Moo Yang”
(
น้ำตกหมูย่าง) or the components of the name are reversed.
