“Nam Prik Khaep Moo” (
น้ำพริกแคบหมู) is a variation of
Nam Prik Noom in which deep-fried
pork rinds (Khaep Moo) are additionally used. The crispy pork rinds are pounded together with grilled green chilis, shallots, garlic
and other ingredients in a mortar.
