Curry with braised pork belly

Moo Hong" ( หมูฮ้อง ) is a southern Thai curry from the area around Phuket that cannot deny its southern Chinese roots. It is similar to mhu palo, but uses fewer spices. Sometimes the mhu hong is thickened to such an extent that it is no longer recognizable as a curry.
