“Laap Moo Suk” (
ลาบหมูสุก
) is a minced meat salad from Northern Thailand that is seasoned with the so-called
Prik Laap (
พริกลาบ
) spice mixture and pig’s blood. Unlike other northern Thai Laap variations, this salad is not
consumed raw but is briefly stir-fried.
