“Laap Moo Khua” (
ลาบหมูคั่ว) or “Laap Khua Moo” (
ลาบคั่วหมู) is a northern Thai minced pork salad that is
dressed with the so-called
Prik Laap (
พริกลาบ) spice mixture and fish sauce. Unlike other laap variations in
northern Thailand, the meat here is cooked and not eaten raw. The salad is then mixed with fresh herbs, shallots and fried garlic.
