“Khao Phot Ping” (
ข้าวโพดปิ้ง) is a Thai street food dish made from grilled sweetcorn, which is particularly popular in northern
Thailand. The corn cobs are coated with a mixture of coconut milk, sugar and salt before and during grilling and then served with this sauce and some lime.
