“Khao Pad” (
ข้าวผัด) is a typical leftover dish in which surplus rice is fried in a wok. In the simplest case, the rice is fried with
garlic, vegetables, egg, fish sauce and soy sauce. However, there are also countless variations of this street food classic, in which all kinds of other
ingredients such as meat, seafood, mushrooms, tofu, various curry pastes or certain sauces are used.
