“Khao Khlong Pad Gai” ( ข้าวกล้องผัดไก่ ) is stir-fried brown rice with chicken. The meat is stir-fried with garlic and then mixed with pre-cooked brown rice. Usually vegetables such as carrots, onions or baby corn are added. The dish is seasoned with a mixture of soy sauce, fish sauce and some palm sugar.
