“Khai Yad Sai Sapparot” (
ไข่ยัดไส้สับปะรด) is an omelette filled with a mixture of minced pork, onions and shallots. The filling
is stir-fried separately and then deglazed with oyster sauce and soy sauce before being stuffed into the omelette.
