Fried eggs with sausage and minced meat

Khai Kratha" ( ไข่กระทะ ) is the name given to fried eggs in Isaan. These are fried together with minced meat and various types of sausage such as Moo Yor and Gunchiang. The dish is then topped with deep-fried garlic, spring onions, shallots and tomatoes. Typically, this dish is served with baguette or toast and a chili sauce.
