Thai Omelette

“Khai Jiew” ( ไข่เจียว ) is an omelette that can be filled or topped with various ingredients such as minced meat, seafood as well as mushrooms and vegetables. The omelette is cooked in a wok with plenty of oil and high heat to make it nice and fluffy. Filled omelettes are sometimes regionally also called “Khai Yad Sai” ( ไข่ยัดไส้ ).
