Spicy Prawns Dip

The “Jeaw Goong” ( แจ่วกุ้ง ) is a dip from Isaan that is prepared with crushed Prawns, chilis, galangal, fish sauce, plaa ra, lime juice and all kinds of herbs. The finished dip is served with raw vegetables and sticky rice.
