“Hed Nueng Nam Prik Kha” (
เห็ดนึ่งน้ำพริกข่า) consists of mushrooms that are steamed over hot water vapor. Any type of
mushrooms can be used for this. The finished mushrooms are served together with a spicy galangal dip or “Nam Prik Kha”.
