In “Gai Yang” (
ไก่ย่าง), a whole chicken is marinated in a mixture of fish sauce, garlic, coriander root, pepper and other spices and then
grilled until crispy. It is often served with sticky rice and the sweet and spicy dipping sauce “Nam Jim Gai”.
