Gai Pad Tao Jiaw

Stir-Fried Chicken with Yellow Bean Paste

“Gai Pad Tao Jiaw” ( ไก่ผัดเต้าเจี้ยว ) is a stir-fry dish where chicken is stir-fried together with garlic and yellow bean paste. The dish is then finished with a mixture of oyster sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce. Often mushrooms and fresh vegetables are also used. In principle, it’s similar to Rad Na, just with much less sauce and rice as a side dish.
