Gaeng Phed Gai" ( แกงเผ็ดไก่ ) is a Thai curry with coconut milk, which is prepared with a red curry paste. Poultry and various vegetables such as snake beans, mini corn cobs or Thai eggplants are used as additional ingredients. The dish is also known as “Gaeng Daeng Gai” ( แกงแดงไก่ ).
