“Gaeng Massaman Mhu” (
แกงมัสมั่นหมู
) is a coconut milk curry based on a massaman curry paste with pork and potatoes. Massaman curry
originally comes from the Muslim south of the country and would probably never be prepared with pork there. However, as this curry is now very popular
throughout Thailand, there are now also variations with pork.
