“Gaeng Liang Tam Lueng Sai Khai” ( แกงเลียงตำลึงใส่ไข่ ) is a simple soup based on a paste made from dried shrimp, white pepper, shallots, finger root, chilies and shrimp paste. Ivy gourd or spinach leaves as well as beaten eggs serve as fillings. The dish can also be found under the name “Gaeng Liang Khai Sai Tam Lueng” ( แกงเลียงไข่ใส่ตำลึง ).
