“Gaeng Khua Sapparot Hoi” (
แกงคั่วสับปะรดหอย) is a curry based on a special red curry paste, prepared with mussels and
pineapple. The dish can also be found under the longer name “Gaeng Khua Sapparot Sai Hoi Malaeng Phu”
(
แกงคั่วสับปะรดใส่หอยแมลงภู่), in which case it is prepared with blue mussels.
