Gaeng Keow Wan Moo

“Gaeng Keow Wan Moo” ( แกงเขียวหวานหมู ) is the Thai name for green coconut milk curry with pork. In addition to the meat, vegetables such as Thai eggplants, snake beans or wing beans are often used. Another important ingredient is horapa basil, which is stirred into the curry at the end.
