“Gaeng Keow Wan Luk Chin Plaa” ( แกงเขียวหวานลูกชิ้นปลา ) is a green curry with fish balls from Central Thailand. This is based on green curry paste and is prepared with coconut milk. Depending on the recipe, vegetables are also used in addition to the fish balls. The dish is garnished with Horapa Thai basil and typically served with rice noodles.
