บวด) or also “Gaeng Buad” (
แกงบวด), all desserts are grouped together in which fruits or
vegetables are cooked for a short time in sweetened but also lightly salted coconut milk. An example of this is “Buad Khao Phot”
(
บวดข้าวโพด) with sweet corn.
