“Ba Mee Rad Na Gai” (
บะหมี่ราดหน้าไก่) is a noodle dish made from egg noodles with chicken and mushrooms. Everything is served
together in a sauce with yellow bean paste, fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce that has been thickened with cornstarch. Depending on the recipe, it is
either more of a plate dish or a soup.
