“Ba Mee Mhu Daeng” ( บะหมี่หมูแดง ) is a Thai noodle dish with yellow egg noodles and red marinated pork (Mhu Daeng), which is topped with a sweet, red sauce. Usually the two main ingredients are accompanied by some vegetables and side dishes such as coriander, scallions, fried garlic, or sometimes wontons. Depending on the recipe, this dish can be either a soup or a plate dish.
